Donald J. Ingwersen

Donald J. Ingwersen is more than a Funeral Director he is a man whose life is dedicated to service, both within the walls of his funeral home and throughout the community he so deeply cherishes. His commitment to others extends far beyond the call of duty.
A distinguished member of the Passaic County Funeral Directors Association, Donald has not only served as its president from 2009-2011, but continues to guide the profession as its current Treasurer. His influence reaches into countless organizations as an active member of the Ridgefield Park Elks Lodge 1506, and active member of the Moose Lodge. But his service is not just in title, it is in action, in presence, in a lifelong devotion to the people around him.

Deeply rooted in his faith, Donald is a devoted parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, where he serves as a Eucharistic Minister, Usher and an active member of the Holy Name Society, Gardening Club, a volunteer for the St. Francis Food Pantry, and past recipient for Ridgefield Park’s Citizen of the year Award.

His faith is not just something he follows it is something he lives, pouring kindness and generosity into every life he touches. Donald is of German Heritage and is bilingual in German as well.

His commitment to Ridgefield Park extends to its future generations. As a proud sponsor of the town’s youth athletic teams, civic organizations, and numerous community events, he ensures that the next generation grows up in a place rich with opportunity, support, and unity.

Annmarie Tubito joined the Vorhees-Ingwersen Funeral Home in 2022 as a Licensed Funeral Director. With a deep sense of dedication and compassion, she brings her expertise as a licensed Cosmetologist specializing in Restorative Art and is bilingual in Italian. Annmarie is passionate about connecting with families and is actively engaged in her community as a parishioner of St. Matthews R.C. Church, a volunteer at the St. Francis Food Pantry, and is truly committed to many animal rescue organizations.
