Robert Schreck

Lieutenant Robert F. Schreck, 74, passed away unexpectedly at New Bridge Medical Center on Thursday, November 1st, 2018. A Vietnam veteran, Lt. Schreck served in the 2nd Finance Group based in Germany. Lt. Schreck graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a BBA degree in Finance, and later attained his MBA from Rutgers University. He traveled extensively throughout Europe and was an avid photographer. He was the son of long-time Ridgefield Park residents Ann and Joseph Schreck. He is survived by his siblings, Joseph Schreck of Hampton, NJ and Anne Biegen of Troy, MI, and was predeceased in death by his sisters Carol and Clare, and by his brother Carl. He had eleven nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. A viewing will take place at the Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home on Monday, November 5th at 9:00 AM with the Funeral Mass following at 11 AM at Saint Francis R.C. Church in Ridgefield Park. Interment Saint Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack.
