Rita (Borrelli) Cuozzo, 96, daughter of the late Anna (Pantoliano) and Joseph Borrelli, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026. She was the loving mother of the late Joseph M. Cuozzo, grandmother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Sandra (Petrocelli) Cuozzo, grandsons Joseph and Vincent Cuozzo, her siblings Margaret Donohue and Patrick Borrelli, and many nieces and nephews. Rita spent her career as a seamstress for a span of over 50 years. Rita loved to craft, read, garden, and play cards with the girls but mostly loved spending time with her family.   

A Funeral Mass in Rita's honor will be held on Thursday, May 21st at St. Francis R.C. Church, Ridgefield Park beginning at 10 A.M. entombment to follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington.
