Mirko "Mickey" Bajlovic

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mirko "Mickey" Bajlovic of Ridgefield Park on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Glina Yugoslavia, to the late Milka Cuckovic and the late Vasilj Bajlovic, Mirko’s journey was one of resilience and dedication.

He emigrated to the United States in 1971, bringing with him a wealth of skill and talent alongside his humorous and generous spirit.

A self-employed Carpenter of Mirko's Construction, Mirko’s hands crafted not only wood but a legacy of love and artistry. He was the beloved husband to Stojanka (Bjelajac) Bajlovic and proud father of Marko and Mia Bajlovic, and endeared brother of Slobodan Bajlovic.

Mirko’s passions were as vibrant as his personality.

He found joy in woodworking, nurturing his garden, playing chess, and teasing light hearted jokes that left everyone laughing. He had a special fondness for hummingbirds and cherished the memories of playing soccer in his youth in Yugoslavia.

Mirko’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering family devotion. May his memory be a blessing and his spirit forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
