Michael Giannotto

Giannotto, Michael (Michele) age 96 a longtime resident of Ridgefield Park passed away on September 15, 2023. He was an usher and parishioner of St. Francis RC Church in Ridgefield Park. Michael was from Jersey City, where he owned Jole’s Shoes for many years. He and his late wife, Violet, enjoyed a 69 year marriage. Devoted father to Carole Wicks, Pamela Giannotto and the late Michael Giannotto. Loving grandfather to Nancy Mugan, her husband Walter, and Natalie Wicks. Great grandfather (“Old Baba”) to Jack and Henry Mugan.

Visitation at Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home, 59 Main St. Ridgefield Park, Tuesday, 9/19 from 4:00-8:00 pm. Closing prayer at the funeral home Wednesday, 9/20 at 9:00 am. Afterwards, a Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Francis RC Church, Ridgefield Park at 9:30 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
