Marie C Masciandaro

Marie C. Masciandaro (nee Presutto), 86, of Little Ferry, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 14, 2024 at home with her children by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward N. Masciandaro. She was the devoted mother of Annie Masciandaro and Edward R. Masciandaro and his wife Donna. The greatest joy in her life was being a grandmother to Nick and Chris. She was the endeared sister of Raymond, Salvatore and Maria. Beloved Aunt (Tizi) to Thomas, Raymond, Gina, Jamie, Joseph Jr, Geralyn, Salvatore Jr, Anna Leela, Angelina and Sammy. Beloved Great Aunt to Hunter, Cassidy, Gianna, Samantha, Amanda, Owyn, Jordan, Breelyn, RJ, Ryan, Alyssa, RaeAnna, Nick, Cali, Kaia, Jayden, Giovanni and Noah. Beloved friend to Marie Presutto and Big Gina Vaccaro. Beloved second Mom to Bobby Florio and Peter Melliadis.

Marie was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Anna (nee Catapano) and the late Salvatore Presutto. She spent most of her career working as a dedicated bookkeeper at J&B Dental and Bergen Brakes & Mufflers. She built lasting relationships with her colleagues and clients and continued working until May of this year. Her faith was very important to her and she enjoyed attending church with her grandson, where she found community and strength. She enjoyed going out, spending time in her beautiful home and embraced life to the fullest, always finding joy in new experiences.

Marie enjoyed being with her family, shopping, crocheting, crafts and working.

Marie was an advocate of the church and many charities including Breast Cancer, LFPD, LFFD and The Veterans of America.

Marie will be remembered in a Memorial Mass on October 17, 2024 at St. Francis R.C. Church beginning at 10A.M. as a testament to the love she shared with family and friends. Her kindness and laughter will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
