Marie Ix

Marie Josephine Ix, of Ridgefield Park, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the age of 73 years. Born in New York City and moved to Bergen County where she lived in Hillsdale, Emerson, River Vale, and Lyndhurst for many years. Marie loved the rhythm and blues of doo-wop music and enjoyed cooking her favorite comfort foods, pot roast and soup as often as she could. Cherished sister of Michael Ix, Timothy Ix, Tommy J. Ix and his wife Christine, and the late Margaret Campbell and her late husband James. Adored aunt of many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her devoted caregiver Ann Ryan, and dearest friend Maureen Lamon. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17th from 5 to 7 PM. Cremation is private.
