Lillian Rand (nee Gadansky), a cherished soul from Ridgefield Park, age 98, peacefully departed this world on Sunday, June 29, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion.  Born in the bustling city of Brooklyn, New York Lillian was the cherished daughter of the late Celia (nee Feldman) Gadansky and the late Robert Gadansky. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Rand and devoted mother to Michal Venetz (nee Rand) and her husband Stephen. As well as her son, the late Steven Rand and his wife Diane. Lillian’s warmth and spirit echoed through the lives of her grandchildren, Stevie Lynn, Joshua, and Elizabeth, especially her great grandson, who will forever hold her memory close to his heart.

A vibrant member of the Ridgefield Park Seniors, Lillian’s love for life was evident in her passion for Bingo, where she reveled in the thrill of the game and the camaraderie of friends.  Her love for karaoke was unmatched, she could often be found belting out her favorite tunes, filling the room with joy and laughter.

As a doting homemaker and faithful parishioner of the United Spiritualist Church, Lillian lived a life filled with compassion, generosity, and unwavering love for those around her.  Her presence was a beacon of light for her many nieces and nephews, and her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her.
