Leon A. Toutounjian, 87, of Teaneck, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 3, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Anais (nee Kalayadjian) Toutounjian, devoted father of Ara (Leah), Tamar and Taline. Cherished grandfather of Olivia, Aidan, Andrew, Arianna and Lianna.

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, to the late Genie (nee Varakian) Toutounjian and the late Hagop Toutounjian. Leon along with his wife were the proud owners of Rainbow Cleaners in Bogota, where they built not only a business, but a second home for the community. Leon found joy in teaching himself how to play the piano, learning to speak various languages and cooking for himself and his wife. He was a member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church in Ridgefield. Above all, he was a family man. He loved spending time with his family, sharing stories, and was very happy to watch his television and eat ice cream.

He left a legacy of warmth, dedication, and everyday kindness.
