Kenneth W. Gibbs

Kenneth W. Gibbs, of Fair Lawn, formerly of Ridgefield Park, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the age of 66 years. Ken was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the United States Postal Service in Ridgefield Park after 33 years of service as a letter carrier. Third Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus in Fair Lawn. Member of the American Legion in Fair Lawn. Parishioner of St. Anne’s R.C. Church in Fair Lawn. Former member of the Ridgefield Park Heavy Resque Squad in Ridgefield Park. Beloved husband of Cathleen (nee Elliott) Gibbs. Devoted father of Amanda Adams and her husband Christopher and the late Kenneth E. Gibbs (2013). Cherished grandfather of Akasha and Ryan. Loving brother of Jane Tallman, James Gibbs, and the late Barbara Forbes. Visitation will be held at Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 25th from 4PM to 8PM with a funeral service at 7:30PM. Cremation is private.
