Josephine Coppola

Coppola, Josephine Eleanor (nee Sarao) age 89 a longtime resident of Little Ferry passed away on April 29, 2016. She was a secretary for Specialty Products in Jersey City and Walker Poroswall Pipe in Little Ferry. Josephine was a very active member, past president and chaplain of the VFW Auxiliary Post 809, Little Ferry Seniors and a parishioner of St. Margaret of Cortona RC Church. Beloved wife to the late Salvatore. Devoted mother to Matthew J. Coppola and his wife Marilyn, Annamarie Filippelli and her husband Patrick and Tina Guinazu and her husband Gary. Loving grandmother to David, Matthew, Lori, Alexis and her husband Nick, Patrick and Christopher and great grandmother to Graham. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Funeral from Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home 59 Main St. Ridgefield Park on Tuesday 9:15am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Margaret of Cortona RC Church, Little Ferry at 10am. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation Monday 4-8pm.
