John Parsons

~~Parsons, John H., age 74, of Ridgefield Park entered into eternal life on Friday September 8th, 2017. John was a Police officer for the New York City Police Department. After his retirement, he worked as a Parole Officer for Bergen County and was a member of the PBA in New York and New Jersey. John was an Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Awilda (nee Marco). Devoted father to David Cuesta and his wife Donna, and Jon Parsons. Loving grandfather to Melissa and Emily. John is survived by his sisters Phyllis Yeramian and Eileen Parsons. Funeral Service will be conducted at Vorhees-Ingwersen Funeral Home Monday at 10am followed by cremation at East Ridgelawn Crematory in Clifton NJ. Visitation Sunday 2-6PM.
