Jeremy David Saxton-Mariah, of Ridgefield, New Jersey, passed away at age 33 on November 7, 2025 outside his apartment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jeremy was born at Hackensack Hospital September 24, 1992 to Mary and Damon Clark. He was adopted at age 9 by his mother Brandy Mariah. Jeremy’s father is the late Jeffrey Bennett Saxton. He is survived by his siblings David McFarlane, Barbara Verga, Richard McFarlane, his foster brother Jay Hanes, Jasmine Saxton-Mariah Zweig and Dimetri Saxton-Mariah.
Jeremy loved animals, sports, video games, and hip hop music. He graduated from Ridgefield Memorial High School and was a certified music engineer and technician He worked as a custodian, and at Englewood Hospital. He was loved by friends and family and will be missed.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Jeremy Saxton-Mariah will be held on Saturday, November 15 at Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home, 59 Main Street Ridgefield Park, from 10am to 12pm. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Jeremy’s name to Healing Hurt People.
