Jean Pitaccio

Jean (nee Zirpola) Pitaccio, of Little Ferry, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the age of 95 years. Prior to retirement Jean worked as an administrator in the credit department of Sears in Hackensack. Jean was an avid reader of novels and enjoyed sewing. She also loved preparing family meals and baking and spending time with family and friends. Devoted wife of the late Louis Pitaccio who passed away in 2001. Beloved mother of Lorraine Pitaccio, Robert Pitaccio and his wife Carol, and the late Louis Pitaccio. Cherished grandmother of Ashley, Amanda, and Victoria. Loving sister of Rocco Zirpola, Vincent Zirpola, Ann Marie Kohli, and the late John Zirpola. The funeral from Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 15th at 9:30AM. The funeral mass will be offered 10AM at St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4PM to 8PM.
