Frank Teta, 63, of Garfield (formerly of Ridgefield Park), passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family He was the beloved son of the late Edna Teta and the late Frank Teta.
Frank proudly served as a Veteran with the Teaneck National Guard, carrying his sense of duty and honor through every chapter of his life. He continued his lifelong commitment to service as a dedicated member of the Ridgefield Park Fire Department, where he formed lasting friendships and served his community with pride.
Family was the center of Frank’s world. He is survived by his loving wife, Ann Teta; his children Keith, Crystal, Mark, Rosemarie, and his late son Frank; his siblings Michael and Carol; and his cherished grandchildren Jaiden, Liam, Brantley, Parker, Legend, and Noah. He is also survived by his niece and nephews who loved him dearly.
He was a constant source of love, strength, and stability for his wife, children, and grandchildren. When he wasn’t serving his country or community, he enjoyed family outings, fishing trips, and evenings by the bonfire, moments filled with laughter, storytelling, and togetherness.
Frank will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Visitation in Frank’s honor will be held on Sunday, December 7th, beginning at 4 P.M. and concluding at 7 P.M. Cremation will be private.
