David Marc Altavilla

David Marc Altavilla, of Franklin, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the age of 52​ years. Optician for Pearle Vision in Paramus. Member of the Ridgefield Park Elks Lodge # 1506. Devoted son of the late Dorothy C. (nee Hochgesand) and Salvatore J. Altavilla. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Scannavino). Loving brother of Diane King-Jameson and her husband AJ, Debra Merrill and her husband, Jerry​, and Dawn Greco. Dearest nephew of Linda Gnecco and Frank Hochgesand. Cherished son-in-law of John Scannavino. David also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. The funeral from Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home on Friday, January 29th at 10:30AM. The funeral mass will be offered 11AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, Ridgefield Park. Cremation is private. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4 to 8PM.
