Carole S. Cardiello

Carole S. (nee Ochran) Cardiello, age 79, of Ridgefield Park, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2026 with her beloved husband John Cardiello by her side. Carol was a devout parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, where she served as both a Eucharistic Minister and a lector, sharing her deep faith with her community. Carol had a zest for life that extended beyond her church involvement. She loved to travel, exploring new places and embracing the joy of discovery. She also found delight in the quiet challenge of crossword puzzles, a favorite pastime that reflected her sharp mind and patient spirit. Carol also dedicated many years of her professional life to working as a Cytotechnologist for Quest Diagnostics, where her meticulous skills and always upholding a gold standard for patient care. She is also survived by her endeared sister Jane. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her warmth and unwavering kindness.

Cremation Private. A Funeral Mass in Carole’s honor will be held on Friday, January 9th, at St. Francis R.C. Church beginning at 11 A.M.
