Carol Hess

Carol Hess, 80, of Lake Hopatcong formerly of Weehawken, passed away on February 19, 2024.

Carol dedicated 30 years of her life to Scholastic Books and later worked as a key punch operator for One Care Medical before retiring.

In her free time Carol enjoyed collecting Wizard of Oz memorabilia and elephant figurines. Carol volunteer in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary for many years.

Carol is survived by her nieces and nephews, Wayne Doscher and his wife Debi, Michael Doscher, Liane Hess, Richard Hess and his wife Karen, Janine Roberts and Nicholas Hess. Great Aunt to McKenna, Brian, Michael, Stephen, Michael, Alyssa, Lauren, Erich, Jamie, Nicholas and Justin. Great Great Aunt to Christian.

Dear sister to the late Elizabeth (Betty) Doscher, Richard and Ronald Hess. Visitation Monday 10-11:30am. A prayer service will conducted at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Clover Leaf Cemetery, Woodbridge.
