Betty Jean Roberts

Betty Jean Roberts (73) A lifelong resident of Ridgefield Park passed away on Jan 7th after a Courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Teaneck, NJ to the late Robert (2004) & Joan Roberts (2023).  Loving Sister to Barbara, (the late Tommy- 2014), Robyn, Dayle, Richard, Michael & Joyce Sister-In-Law of Jeanine, Phil, & Regina Loving Aunt to Erich, Jamie, Carl & Paula, Christine & Adam Great Aunt to Carlynn, Carter, Taylor, Allison & Nicholas Special Aunt to Danielle, Stevie, Enza, David, Joey & Matthew Also survived by her Aunt Jinny and many Cousins.

Betty was a Graduate of Ridgefield Park High School – Class of 1970 and Jersey City State College where she studied music.  She worked for Acme Markets for 50 years – retiring in 2018.  Betty had a gift for music, especially the piano & clarinet and she loved to sing. Her favorite types of music were Classical & Jazz.  But give her “Lucky Leo’s” at the Jersey Shore and she was just as happy.

A Visitation in Betty's honor will be held on Sunday, January 11th, beginning at 1 P.M. and concluding at 3 P.M.  Cremation Private
