Audrey Lee Raap

Audrey Lee (nee Feureisen) Raap, 66, of Cliffside Park, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She was the beloved wife of 33 years to Andy Raap and devoted mother of her cherished son Alex Raap and his wife Christina. Audrey is also survived by her endeared siblings Susan LaMarca and David Feureisen.

Audrey was born in Bronx, NY to Perla (nee Gotzal) and Joseph Feureisen. She attended Farleigh Dickinson University and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Audrey was a dedicated English Teacher for 25 years at Spring Valley High School. She loved listening to music especially dancing to the Bee Gees and the Beach Boys. Most Importantly to her was her family, and lead by example to always have courage, strength and faith. She valued her friendships and loved to laugh. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Audrey will be laid to rest at Cedar Park and Beth El Cemetery on Friday, April 14, 2023. Prayer service will begin at 11:30 A.M. at The Sanctuary of Abraham and Sarah Chapel located in the mausoleum.
