Adele T. Leo

Adele T. Leo (87) Little Ferry resident for 59 years, passed away October 2, 2021. Adele is now with her Beloved husband, the late Rudy Leo (1988). Loving mother to Carol Schlosser and her husband the late Frank Schlosser; Marie Jeffers and her husband Walter; Michael Leo and his wife Carol. Adoring grandmother to Megan Narciso and her husband Jerry, Kathryn Cruz and her husband Carlos, Nathan Leo and his Fiancée Madison and her youngest granddaughter Amanda Leo. (Love you More Grandma) Adele was a devoted stay at home mom, who later worked for Maple Grove Cemetery and United Jersey Bank until retirement. Christmas was her special time, she decorated, cooked and baked for weeks, making everything perfect for her loved ones. Known for her Grandma Cookies and Homemade Sunday Gravy and Pasta, Adele also loved playing bingo with her friends. Her sense of humor and generous spirit will be remembered always. Adele volunteered for the community in various ways and for many years at the Little Ferry/ South Hackensack Little League. She was a coach and also Vice President of Girls softball. Funeral from Vorhees Ingwesen Funeral Home on Wednesday at 9:30am. The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Margaret R.C. Church, Little Ferry at 10am. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Hackensack.
