Marti, Adela age 88 of Little Ferry, NJ passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. She was born in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico. Beloved mother to Rose Diaz, Jose Melendez, Ana Ivette Melendez, Norma Iris Melendez, Sonia Melendez, and Santos Andres Alicea, and the late Fernando Diaz and Evelyn Diaz. Loving grandmother to James, Damaris, Rosa, Santa (Betsy), Joselito Jr, Anthony, Linette, Ana María, Marisol, Manuel, Christina, Juan jr, Shavonne, Daisy, Marlene, George, Jasmine, Eluise, Elizabeth, and Steven. Great grandmother to 47 plus grandchildren. Dear sister to Marcial Martir, Jose Audeliz Martir, Edith Martir, Mercedes Martir, and the late Jesus Martir and Carmen Lydia Martir. The funeral service will be conducted at Vorhees-Ingwersen Funeral Home on Monday at 5 pm. Entombment will be at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, NJ.
